My name is Eliana Rose, and I want to be your next Associate Banker.

I think that I’m a great candidate for this role because I have experience with your qualifications. I’m going to mention the top features that you’re looking for and how my experience and traits match them.
1. A bilingual person.
My experience/traits: I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I was born in Colombia, so Spanish is my native language. There I went to college and studied to become an English as a second language teacher. In my country, I taught to students of different education levels, including elementary school, high school, and I also taught at a university.
2. Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and always be courteous and professional in a team environment.
My experience/traits: In the past, I was part of a company I help to found. There I was in charge of managing our customer service and operations team. I always made sure to go above and beyond to make our customers feel happy with our products. I answered their concerns through different channels, including email, phone calls, social media accounts, or even in person.
3. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
My experience/traits: As an educator, I’m great at teaching others, including customers. I’m also tech-savvy. Lately, I’ve been learning how to use more than ten different tech tools, and I’m currently learning more.
4. Exudes confidence with clients when sharing product knowledge and solutions.
My experience/traits: In the company that I mentioned before, I became an expert in every single of our products, so I could help our clients with all the problems they experienced.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and time management.
My experience/traits: I communicate effectively, orally, and through written texts with team members and customers. I took a 30-day blogging challenge, and one time I pitched our company on Shark Tank (an international business show). I’m also very detail-oriented, and I like to find ways to increase my productivity.
