My Second Week at My Apprenticeship
During the second week of my apprenticeship at SmartBarrel, I felt way more comfortable and confident than during my first week. I was in charge of creating tickets, support documents, and attending meetings with clients. I did a great job in those tasks, and I felt that I improved at taking notes and learning faster, which were some of the goals I had for this week.
It is still intimidating for me to onboard clients and help them to solve a problem during a call. I haven’t started to do that that yet, because I haven’t finished my training. My coworker will keep teaching me more about the different tools our platform has in the upcoming days. In the meantime, I’ve tried to absorb as much knowledge as possible, and I’ve been a bit risky being creative with some emails and questionnaires I needed to design. I’ve made some small mistakes, but I have learned from them quickly, avoiding making them again.
This second week has had moments of frustrations too, but I’m happy to see how the more I work, the more I learn, improve, and grow. I’m looking forward to keeping growing in this journey and keep giving my best to create value for SmartBarrel and its customers.
